Delete your EMBACCI account

You can delete your EMBACCI account, and the personal data that goes with it, at any time. Clients and artists do it the same way.

In the app

1. Open the EMBACCI app and sign in. 2. Go to Profile → Your data → Delete my account. 3. Type DELETE to confirm.

You're signed out straight away and can't sign in again with that account.

Without the app

Email privacy@embacci.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm it's you, then we delete the account and email you when it's done. We reply within 30 days.

What's deleted, and what's kept

• Deleted within 30 days: your name, email, phone number, saved addresses, allergy and skin details, quiz answers, lesson notes, notifications and the device details used for push messages. Your chat messages and photos are wiped, and the addresses and phone numbers on your bookings and orders are cleared.
• Kept, with your identity removed: records of payments, completed bookings and orders, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Crash reports: never linked to your name, and Firebase keeps them for up to 90 days.
